Today is saturday so our school is holiday
today.As our main festival LHOSAR
is coming near so we are getting ready for it.So today we made Kapse which is the most important thing
needed in LHOSAR. For making kapse first of all,We should
make a dough of flour mix with baking powder,yeast,milk,sugar,
butter etc.Then we should keep it for sometime ani then
we should start
making kapse with 
different shape.
We can even make shape of
heart,cat,ribbon,andeven of
different
animal.This time PEMBA and DECHEN has helped us to make this kind of
shape.
Not only this,We can make other different shape.This
time ME(khando), CHIME,NUMO and CHUZUM made
another shape.This time we made lots and lots
of kapse for upcoming LHOSAR.
Atlast we should put it in the hot oil and wait until
it became light
yellow.But if it became brown then it wont taste good.So,in this way we completed making kapse.
VERY MUCH EXCITED FOR LHOSAR!!!!!
