It is called BATTA in japanese whereas it is called
desert grasshopper or locust as common. The swarm
of locust migrate from one place to another and they
eat all the crops in the fields.
Today at 5:00 pm, suddenly the sky became dark.
We went outside to have a look and we saw swarm
of locust flying over the sky.There was so many
of them. They came from India to Terai and it
spread all over kathmandu.
