Exercise


ho ho ho
We are already fed up in this lockdown and mama said
that the best idea to be refresh is to do exercise, so
we have started to do exercise every evening after
our dinner. On the first day of our exercise, it was
very hard for us. we had bad pain in our legs and hands
but now we are fine.
ha ha ha
we do exercise for around 20-30 minutes a day. we do
different kinds of exercise like running, frog jump, duck
walk, push up,and even kendo too.Doing exercises every
day really makes us healthy. It is fun too.
